When I was a teenager I was listening this piece from the very popular rock group at that time Guns N’Roses. As I hadn’t much life experience I never thought what it could represent. I believed that probably it has to do with a real amazonian jungle. But the truth is little different.
As I grew up I saw that life it’s different from what I believed to be in the childhood. When you are child you have dreams, many dreams. You dream to everything you desire, everything you could think off. But reality is far far away for a child’s dream.
Apparently our society, our world is structured in organisations and well established entities. And it is in one way. But these organisations, these structures are all directed by men. And here it comes the problem. Everybody wants power. And as much as possible. It seems that they can’t stop. They always need a little more.
Everybody is on their own. Nobody thinks for the rest which maybe need a little help. In fact in society there are no rules. There are only some standards.
If in the past there were nations who conquered other nations by war, now the time has changed. I our times nations will enslave economical other nations. It’s not a war with guns. It’s a war with money and power. And nobody can’t do anything. The men from the poor countries become slaves of the men from the power countries. This is the process.
In the society strong individuals will enslave the weak. The latest will work for the first but he’ll obey his rules. The rules are always made by the strongest. Luckily there are now some regulations and laws which must be respected.
The men society it’s a pure jungle. But it’s more complex. There are some rules to respect. But with all the rules and laws there is a strong separation between the strong and the weak. The weak will always have less chances to survive that the strong. Because like in the jungle, in men’s society it’s about survival.
Money is the power because money can be converted in anything you want. It’s the ultimate desire of everybody in this world to have money. As much money you have, as you are respected. In our days even love, intelligence, knowledge and so on are converted in money. Money is the measure in which the power is quantified.
In the men’s world appearance does matters. If you have a good physic and you can impress you have big chances to rise in a good position even if you don’t have intelligence. And in the case of the women intelligence is even less regarded. A very beautiful woman will have much much power.
Welcome to this World. It’s nothing different from an animal Jungle. It only appears different.
